Grand Meaulnes (Le)

The arrival of Augustin Meaulnes, a new pupil at Sainte-Agathe, disturbs the other pupils at the school. Augustin, tall and deeply silent, holds a strange fascination amongst his classmates, in particular for the narrator of the story, François. This story, about adolescence, intertwines, in an almost magical way, adventure and dreams, love and suffering.
