PRICING POLICY
The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for International Books products (the ‘Products’) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION / AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and International Books for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until International Books accepts your payment. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time International Books sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
DELIVERY
Our policy is to deliver the products to you within 2-3 working days of your Account order within Ireland, where these products are in stock. If the product is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Products are subject to availability. We will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
Upon Your selection of delivery please note following: At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. For shipping methods listed as “not traceable” the Products become your sole responsibility after despatch from International Books.

We may change the website and correct or update information (including product information) on it at any time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website. We do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username/account number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

RETURNS POLICY
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched, with the exception of special orders. Customers unsatisfied with a purchase may contact us to return it within 28 days of the date of purchase. A return authorization must be issued before an item is returned. Please contact us before sending any products back to us. Books must be in mint condition.
Please Note: All software items, CD-ROMs/DVD-ROMs, audio CDs and cassettes, DVDs/VHS, magazines and photocopiable materials are nonreturnable items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
